YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.<\/p>\n<p>Each time the data subject accesses one of the individual pages of this Internet site operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the data subject&#8217;s information technology system is automatically prompted by the relevant YouTube component to download a representation of the relevant YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/yt\/about\/de\/\">www.youtube.com\/yt\/about\/de\/.<\/a> This technical process allows YouTube and Google to know which specific page of our website is visited by the data subject.<\/p>\n<p>If the person concerned is logged in at the same time on YouTube, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website the person concerned is visiting by calling up a subpage containing a YouTube video. In this respect, program libraries are called up by Google servers. The CDN (Content delivery network) of Google is used. If you have used jQuery on another page of the Google CDN before, your browser will fall back to the cached copy. If this is not the case, it requires a download, whereby data from your browser is sent to Google! (&#8220;Google&#8221;). Your data will be transferred to the USA. This data is not passed on to third parties for use by them for their own purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n6.2 Contacting via open emails<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you contact us via an email address provided by us, the personal data you provide as well as the technical transmission data (in the header) of the email are automatically stored. The storage serves solely to process your email and your request and\/or to contact you. This data will not be passed on to third parties for their own use.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that in general it cannot be excluded that unencrypted emails can be read by unauthorized persons during transmission. We therefore advise you not to send unencrypted emails if you wish to communicate personal or sensitive data to us. Routine deletion and blocking of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We process and store your personal data only as long as this is necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, in particular to implement agreements made with you. In addition, data may be stored for as long as this is required by European or national legislators in EU ordinances, laws or other regulations to which we as the data controller are subject.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply or a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned regulations expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or deleted.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8. In this case, we will make the necessary correction without delay.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8.3 Right to limit processing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the following conditions, you may request the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data concerning you for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of the personal data and request instead the restriction of the use of the personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you need it in order to exercise or defend your rights, or<\/li>\n<li>if you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Article 21 (1) EU-GDPR and it has not yet been established whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller outweigh your reasons.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Where the processing of personal data relating to you has been restricted, such data may be processed, with the exception of storage, only with your consent or for the purpose of pursuing, exercising or defending legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or on grounds of an important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.<\/p>\n<p>If the restriction on processing has been restricted in accordance with the above conditions, you will be notified by us as the data controller before the restriction is lifted.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8.4 Right of cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8.4.1<\/strong> You may require us, as the data controller, to delete without delay the personal data concerning you, in which case we shall be obliged to delete such data without delay if one or more of the following reasons apply or are applicable<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>the personal data concerning you are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;<\/li>\n<li>You revoke your consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) EU-GDPR and there is no other legal basis for the processing;<\/li>\n<li>You object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 (1) EU-GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing or you object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (2) EU-GDPR;<\/li>\n<li>the personal data concerning you have been processed unlawfully;\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>the deletion of personal data relating to you is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which we are subject as the controller of your data; the personal data concerning you have been collected in relation to information society services offered, in accordance with Article 8 (1) EU-GDPR<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.4.2<\/strong> If we, as data controllers, have made public the personal data relating to you and are therefore obliged to delete them in accordance with Article 17 (1) of the EU GDPR, we will take reasonable measures, including technical measures, taking into account the available technology and implementation costs, to inform third parties responsible for processing the personal data which we have transmitted to them that you, as a data subject, have requested them to delete all links to these personal data or copies or replications of these personal data.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8.4.3 The right of cancellation does not apply where processing is necessary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>on the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information,<\/li>\n<li>in order to comply with a legal obligation to which the processing is subject under Union or national law or in order to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller,<\/li>\n<li>on grounds of public interest in the field of public health pursuant to Article 9 (2) (h) and (i) and Article 9 (3) EU-GDPR,<\/li>\n<li>for archiving, scientific or historical research purposes in the public interest or for statistical purposes pursuant to Art. 89 (1) EU-GDPR, insofar as the law referred to in No. 9 is likely to render impossible or seriously prejudice the attainment of the objectives of such processing, or<\/li>\n<li>to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8.5 Right of information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or limitation of processing against us as the controller of your personal data, we are obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification, erasure or limitation of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.<\/p>\n<p>As the person responsible for processing your personal data, we have the right to be informed about these recipients.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8.6 Right of technical transferability of your personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Insofar as you have a right of information towards us in accordance with the above, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided us with or which we have stored about you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
